(WRDU) Monday night, 21-year-old Casey Sasser went to a Raleigh Walmart during a break between her two jobs to pick up packaging tape. She was waiting in line behind a man with a cart full of toys, when she saw that his credit card was declined.

Sasser's heart sank as the man started to put the toys back in his cart to return to the shelves. As the cashier began to ring up Sasser’s purchase, Sasser offered to pay for what the man couldn’t afford.

"I knew there were children who wouldn't have a Christmas if I didnt help out in some way. When I looked in his eyes and saw the tears. He ended up telling me the toys were for his two little girls and how rough this year had been on him." Sasser said.

"I can't really explain what I felt when he hugged me but I know one thing, it was probably the best moment of my life." Sasser wrote on Facebook.
