1 can of fat-free refried beans

1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)

1 can of corn

1 can of diced tomatoes

1 can of chicken broth

Mix all together and cook untilt he refrien beans are no longer thick.

Makes 10 servings at about 140 calories per serving.
