Yesterday was the ninth annual Guinness World Records Day, when Guinness tries to break as many records as possible.
And a Harlem Globetrotter who goes by the name Thunder Law broke one, by making a shot from over 109 feet away. He did it at US Airways Center, where the Phoenix Suns play, and was exactly 109 feet, 9 inches from the basket.
(Just to put that in perspective, an NBA court is 94 feet long. So he was behind three rows of seats when he shot it.)

Richardson High School brought in faith-based motivational speaker Justin Lookadoo to speak to the students but it seems like the students walked away feeling anything BUT motivated.
Co-author of Dateable: are you? are they? and The Dateable Rules, Lookadoo told the kids, "Dateable girls know how to shut up. They don’t monopolize the conversation. They don’t tell everyone everything about themselves. They save some for later. They listen more than they gab."
He also told them that "dateable girls" are: "soft," "gentle" and "needy." While "dateable boys" are "wild," "fearless" and "Godly."
