Just a week ago, it looked like Super Bowl ticket prices were going to break records.

Now it looks like the cost of actually getting into the game will be surprisingly low.

Despite the fact that neither the 49ers nor the Ravens have been to the big game in over a decade, their fans aren’t turning out as once expected.

Prices started out at $3,000 per ticket, but are now dropping to face value – and could go even lower.

Of course, the tickets, even at face value, still aren’t cheap. You’re looking at $850 to $1,250. But compared to $3,000? That’s a bargain.
