You can hear me weekdays from 5-11am and on SUNNY Saturday nights right here on Sunny 99.1!

I begin my day at 3:30 substituting several hundred lunges for caffeine then I'm off to SUNNY 99.1 where I've done the SUNNY MORNING SHOW for the last 22 years! I've managed to stay married for 27 years and together Bob and I have 5 enthusiastic kids (..ehem..). We've married off our oldest to the sweetest Occupational Therapist... how did we get so blessed?! My daughter has her absolutely hysterical 2-yr-old Emma who calls me "Honey GG" and yes I "Holla For A Dolla"! The 3 younger boys play hockey and eat all our food! I absolutely LOVE helping out the wonderful, caring organizations around Houston dedicated to improving people's lives like the Star of Hope, Habitat for Humanity Women's Build in Montgomery County and Panther Creek Inspiration Ranch. I spend a lot of time on my iPad researching how to make life more fun, stress-free, healthy, and more importantly... clever ways to hide my boot purchases from my husband... and I pass along my findings to you!! I hope you can join me weekdays 5A - 11A and Saturdays 10A - 3P!
