Dana Tyson has been waking up around 3 a.m. for 20 years now - not only to do lunges all over the neighborhood at a time when no one sees her, but she hosts the Morning Show on SUNNY! I've been married for 25 years, and my husband says we've never had a fight - is he listening?? We have five enthusiastic (ahem …) children, ages 23, 21, 19, 17, 14, a perfect little grandbaby and four dogs! I spend a lot of my time figuring out ways to live life more efficiently, more stress-free and more healthy. And I have the fun job of passing on my findings to SUNNY listeners, all who are trying to do the same thing! When I'm not dreaming about new boots that my husband won't let me buy, I calm myself by helping out the Susan G. Komen Foundation, an incredible organization that grew out of a promise from one sister to another! And my whole family gets involved with The Star of Hope. This century-old Houston institution focuses on helping homeless children, moms, and dads and truly gives us volunteers so much more than we could ever give! We all hit some tough times, and it's nice to know there's someone there willing to help.
