Submitted by Patty - Lake Jackson ¼ cup Sugar ¼ cup Brown sugar, firmly packed ¾ tsp. Almond extract 2 cups Chopped fresh cranberries 2 Large eggs 2½ cup Flour 1 tsp. Baking powder 1 tsp. Salt 1 cup Slivered almonds, toasted Mix well. Roll dough out thin, and use cookie-cutters for cookies. Brush with a beaten egg. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and chopped pecans. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. |
