Submitted by Paula - Houston Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 12 minutes Ingredients: 16 Tablespoons butter ¾ cup Imperial sugar 1½ cups flour 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup crushed potato chips 1 cup chopped pecans Powdered Imperial sugar Preparation: Cream together butter and sugar. Gradually add flour and mix well. Add vanilla and potato chips and mix well. Fold in pecans. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. After cooled, dip in powdered Imperial sugar. Yield: 3 to 4 dozen cookies |
