iCarly Returning To TV With Grown-Up Reboot

An iCarly revival is coming to Paramount Plus. According to Variety, Paramount's streaming service (currently called CBS All Access, but rebranding to Paramount Plus in the new year) has ordered the series which will bring back original cast members Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor, and Nathan Kress.

The original iCarly ran for six seasons on Nickelodeon from 2007-2012 and followed a group of friends making a popular webcast show. Cosgrove is now 27 and the new show will catch up with the characters as young adults.

The news so far only includes Miranda Cosgrove (Carly), Jerry Trainor (Spencer), and Nathan Kress (Freddie). No word yet on whether Jennette McCurdy might also return, either as a series regular or as a guest star.
