UGA players stepped up when 8-year-old couldn't use restroom without paying

ATHENS, Ga. — On June 20, Christie Williams Myers and her family were walking around The University of Georgia, when her daughter Avery needed to use the restroom.

Most of the campus buildings, restaurants and stores were closed because of coronavirus, so they were having a hard time finding a public bathroom. They found an open Subway, but an employee told them that only paying customers could use the restroom. And Christie didn't have her wallet with her to buy anything. They were about to leave when two young men, Latavious Brini and Jalen Kimber, bought cookie, so Avery use the bathroom.
